Les Païens have crafted a blend of jazz, rock and electronic loop based instrumental music that crosses over into uncharted territory through improvisation. From the heart of eastern Canada, les Païens have been producing albums and touring major festivals for the past 20 years with noted performances at le Festival International de Jazz de Montréal, les Déferlantes de Cap Breton and the Evolve Festival. 2014 saw them supporting the 2013 release Carte blanche , their eighth album.
